Solé Miami is a beautiful hotel located in the Sunny Isles Beach neighbourhood of Miami. Just north of South Beach, it's perfect for those that want to relax, eat amazing food, and still be close to the hustle and bustle of the city.
We had the opportunity to stay at Solé at the beginning of March, 2020. Our experience there was fantastic, and before we tell you all about the resort, we need you to know that we highly recommend staying here!
Our first impressions of the hotel were that it was intimate, smelled amazing, and the service was top-notch. Everyone working there really paid attention to you and wanted you to have the best time.
There were 3 of us, and we stayed in an Ocean-View King Suite. It was spectacular! The suite had everything we needed: a kitchenette (equipped with stove-top, microwave, fridge, dishwasher), pull-out sofa, separate bedroom, amazing bathroom, and 2 balconies. Here are some pictures.
The bathroom impressed us because it really proved how ec0-friendly the hotel is working to be. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion were all in larger bottles that were filled up once the guest left. This is great because they don't produce small plastic bottles that they constantly throw away and replaced. Major green points for that!
And, let's not forget about this view! The ocean was right before our eyes and it was stunning. We were on the 18th floor.
The grounds of the hotel were lovely. Right as you walked in, you saw how carefully curated all of the pieces were to bring the "Miami" vibe together. Take a look...
The pool was also beautiful. We did not get a chance to lounge there due to the weather, but it did look so inviting. And the water was warm, perfect for how cold it was that weekend!
The beach was also great. There were lounge chairs and umbrellas with people handing you towels. The water was blue and it had such a relaxing vibe!
Other amenities that they offer are a fitness centre, a conference room, and changing room, all on the 5th floor. We didn't get to use those amenities but we're sure they would be useful for others staying at the hotel.
Finally, we just HAVE to talk about this amazing in-house restaurant, BALEEN Kitchen. We had the most amazing service and food here, and it's not worth leaving the hotel to get food. We had one dinner and two breakfasts and all meals were above-par. Here are some photos to prove it:
Overall, our stay at Solé: A Noble House Resort in Miami was amazing and we really recommend you check it out when in the city. Thank you for this great opportunity and we look forward to returning in the future!
